We are a Texas owned and operated, dental staffing and recruiting business. We offer two types of services to our dental community.
Our plan:

- We have a vision - We will strive to give superior customer service utilizing proven business strategies by matching business minded applicants with our clients
- We will share our vision - Our goal is to initiate a paradigm shift within the staffing industry, starting in the great state of Texas.
- We will charge ahead - We will not settle for the status quo.
- We will lead by example - We will have professional, customer service led interviews.
What we don't do:
- Threaten you with no assignments if you can find work else where.
- Make you agree to work only with us-non compete clause

How can you protect yourself?
- Ask for a contract the spells out the employment agreement.
- Check the contract for a guaranty of hours.
- Check company ownership - ask for the paperwork.
- Check business insurance - ask for proof.
- Check business license - ask to see it.
- Make sure business advertising matches the above.
